Instructions

1. Mix yeast, water, and agave. Stand for 10 minutes. 2. Make chia egg. Let stand 5 min. 3. Mix dry ingredients and combine. 4. Let dough rise 2 hours. 5. Bake in bread tin with cracked oven door at 350°F for 60 minutes.
