Ingredients
200g firm tofu, cubed; 1 cup carrots, sliced; 1 cup bell peppers, mixed colors, sliced; 1 cup broccoli florets; 2 tbsp algal oil; 1 tbsp flaxseed oil; 1/4 cup chia seeds; 2 tbsp hemp seeds; 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped; 2 cups brown rice, cooked; 2 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp ginger, minced; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tbsp nutritional yeast; Optional: 1 tsp gingko biloba powder
Instructions
Press tofu to remove excess moisture and then cube. Heat algal and flaxseed oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant. Increase heat to high, add tofu and vegetables, and stir-fry until vegetables are just tender and tofu is golden.
