Ingredients

1/2 Cup Raw Cashews, Soaked; 1 1/3 Cups Water; 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Fresh; 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar; 1/2 Teaspoon Salt; 4 Tablespoons Tapioca Starch; 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast; 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

1. Boil 2 cups of water and pour over the cashews to soak for 5 minutes to an hour. 2. Drain the cashews and add to a blender with fresh water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on medium, stirring constantly. 5. Cook until the mixture becomes gooey, stretchy, and thick. 6. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.
