1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 8 ounces pizza dough (70% hydration), at room temperature, 1 tablespoon cornmeal, for dusting, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 6 ounces vegan cream cheese, 3-4 mission figs, thinly sliced, 1 ounce vegan bacon, torn into thin strips, 1/4 cup lightly packed baby arugula, Salt and pepper, to taste, Grated vegan Parmesan cheese, to taste
Instructions
1. Reduce Balsamic Vinegar: In a small saucepan, simmer the balsamic vinegar over medium heat until reduced by half, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside. 2. Prepare Dough: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
